The "To the current desktop" menu entry for applications in the taskbar should be the nearest of the taskbar (on the top of the menu if the taskbar is on top of the screen, or at the bottom of the menu if the taskbar is at the bottom of the screen). That would improve usability/effectiveness when re-arranging the desktop windows.
