i tried to install it as a user, just using rpm and clicking on install with yast.. it somehow says installation directory not refreshed and then when i try to load the applet there is an error.
can you help me ?
You should add the kbfx applet to your tray (ops. panel i use hungarian interface so i don't know the exact texts). Click on a quickstarter icon, Panel menu, Add to the panel, Applet, kbfx
then you can drop any well-sized png to change the buttone face.

What you could try doing is installing the RPM directly from the console. It usually works like a charm for me. :)
Once I install will this add Kbfx directly to my desktop or do I have to enable this somewhere? Does it come with a Kcontrol module?
