Your carbon texture is quite thick (don't know if it is the correct word...)
Personally, I use this one:

It is very realistic and light ;)

This will set the logo to the correct size. It seems you set the wrong image size for the logo and it got all squished. Also, you really should remove the carbon fibre texture and make it a separate image then use a fill{} to get it looking neat.
i see what you did here and i like what i see :)
is allways nice when others grab others people work and spin it to fit their tastes i wish you lots of downloads ;)
