beta2 is the first one package - I had to kill kwin and restart it (alt-f2: killall kwin; alt-f2: kwin) to get the options for button animation and removal of the line under the windec working.
When installing a windec that replaces the running windec, you simply have to call in a terminal:
kwin --replace &
That will reload it on all running windows.

its just a checkinstall package. nothing serious.
I realized I always make a package myself, and its damn easy to make it available. of course, I can't garantuee it won't eat your dog, but I guess that's implied.
