I would like it more, to get this package by email from you, then that you create an extra submission on kde-look.org.
I will host the package on my sever and include it in the crystal main page as extra download. There is no need for a different content, that may distract users.
I already provided a Debian package. Did you try it? As far as I know, these are compatible, so you can install the Debian package in Ubuntu, and a special Ubuntu package is really not neccessary.
Could you *please* use "crystal ubuntu package" or something for the title of the kde-look.org entry and not just "crystal" ?
Not everyone is using Ubuntu and from the RSS feed or on the main kde-look.org page, this looks like the crystal source release.

Your debian package didn't work in my Kubuntu. Many debian debs don't work in (K)Ubuntu.
