Hypnotista Sade
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
Description:
This theme is inspired of windows vista visual style. And this decoration is generated with DecGen.
All I wanted to do is just to put some cool decorations here instead of nice screenshots. Last changelog:
All I wanted to do is just to put some cool decorations here instead of nice screenshots.
If you would like to try the black edition of this decoration, you should also look at Hypnotista Siyah.

I have a similar problem to the one stated above - The colors of the overall theme revert back to KDE theme colors whenever I log out when I'd like to use the theme colors. I can unselect and reselect the "Use Theme colors" when I log in, but the setting should carry over.
i found the solution to this. log out of kde (log out -> end current session), switch to text terminal (ctrl+alt+f2), and in file ~/.kde/share/config/kwinHypnotista_Saderc change the line "Colorize=1" to "Colorize=0". then ctrl+alt+f7, and log back in.
every time kde restarts, the highlight colour of all window buttons become blue, while i want the close button to stay red. i guess, kde somehow overrides your setting. i checked 'use theme colours' in control settings for your theme, and when apply this, the close button becomes red when mouse is over it, but only until next kde start. do you think this can be fixed?
.... Good - your configure finished. Start make now ~/Hypnotista_Siyah-0.1$ make cd . && /bin/sh /home/ak/Hypnotista_Siyah-0.1/admin/missing --run autoheader
Hmm I have a quick question. Do you think you could make one that also black instead of silver?
Ok , I did. Here is the black version. http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=33203
Do you think you could re-submit the source the way it's supposed to be?.... It's missing an INSTALL file and a README file. I have a suggeston for some content for the INSTALL file as well.. How about... "./configure --prefix=`kde-config --prefix` make su make instal"
./configure --prefix=`kde-config --prefix` make su make install
The window decoration itself looks great, however it's not cool to post a source package and just assume people will know what to do with it. I know how to install source packages, but it has NEVER to this day worked for me with a theme package. Please submit binary packages, new Linux users wouldn't know what to do with that source package and the effort to compile it wasted my time. Don't get me wrong it does look cool. :)
I have mandriva 2006 , I could help mandriva users. But for other distrubitions ? Any suggestion guys ?
This is my #1 peeve with KDE. Themes are 10x more difficult to install than in GNOME *AND* developers either give no instructions at all, poor instructions or completely bogus instructions for installing themes.
where's the link to that wallpaper?
it's here : http://images.deviantart.com/large/wallpaper/wanime/The_Calling_-_Anime_Wallpaper.jpg
You don't have permission to access /large/wallpaper/wanime/The_Calling_-_Anime_Wallpaper.jpg on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
"All I wanted to do is just to put some cool decorations here instead of nice screenshots." much better ;-)
