To install it on your Debian box go to:

and follow the instruction. Then, to install the package:
apt-get install kwin-style-kbl kwin-style-kbml
Or use dselect (or other frontend) and browse my repository for other KDE themes, splashes and goodies...

These styles don't seem to be in the repository... I checked synaptic, and I tried it with apt-get, but it gave an error.
