you must download the .deb file for kubuntu.
Open terminal and typ in:
sudo dpkg -i /path/to/theme.deb
!. Open kcontrol and look into "window decorations" under "Appearens & Themes".

I couldn't find it anywhere in the theme-choose-stuff. How can I select this to be the default look?
