Panel Wallpaper is from the strange kicker set by Blue Linux
There are no cursors for this Theme Package. Simply could not find any that fit this visual scheme.
Down and dirty: Last theme was decent but did not do justice to the Dark Glass Icons and then I came across this wallpaper. I built both the KDM Theme and Splash Screens after I muddled around with the color scheme to find one that both worked and was dark enough for the Icons. Looked around a bit for the buttons and the Kicker Wallpaper and had the Theme.
Sorry the wallpaper I used was 800 X 600 though a web search might reveal the wallpaper in that size if it does I can always make a widescreen hi res version.
