To get ready-made wallpaper:
1. Open selected screenshot
2. Save save at your disk, transfer to mobile phone
3. Apply image as wallpaper.

To get changeable template:
1. Download ZIP file and unpack to get the XCF file.
2. Edit with your favourite graphics editor (must support layers i.e. The GIMP http://www.gimp.org/).
3. Export to a fileformat your mobile phone supports (i.e. PNG, JPG).
4. Transfer to your mobile phone.
5. Apply image as wallpaper.
Voilà! Enjoy.
