Some icons are copied from macOS 11 concept design by Álvaro Pabesio on Behance.
Status/panel icons are taken from La-Capitaine icon theme
HOW TO INSTALL
- Download Cupertino-Sonoma.tar.xz, Cupertino.tar.xz or Cupertino-Catalina.tar.xz file. Then extract it.
- Go to home in your Files app. Press CTRL+H
- Then create a new folder and name it as ".icons"
- Copy the "Cupertino-Sonoma", "Cupertino" or "Cupertino-Catalina" folder (extracted folder) and paste it inside the .icons folder.
- Then you can change themes using a tweak tool.
If you don't have any tweak-tool, install gnome-tweak-tool on Ubuntu by using the terminal command below.
Open Terminal app.
copy this command below and paste it inside the terminal.
On Ubuntu:
sudo apt-get install gnome-tweaksOn Fedora:
sudo def install gnome-tweaksthen press "Enter" button

I love this icon set. I wish it could be updated to include the macOS terminal icon for the gnome console that comes with gnome 46. It and Extension manager are the only icons that look out of place. And for all my wishes to come true, the Gnome Tweaks needs a better icon than the one that is too similar to the settings icon.

8 The icons for 'start ratings' in KDE's Discover don't fall back to default breeze icons. Also the spinning 'initializing' icon is just a white paper icon along with the 'star rating' icons.

8 8 great has icons with white space in app / 128, they are: gnome-control-center datetime, gnome-control-center sounds and Deepin
Sorry for taking so long to reply. They have white backgrounds when you preview those icons because those icons are .svg files. You don’t see those white backgrounds when you use those as app icons.
Hi Umayanga....There is an issues, I can not extract Cupertino-BigSur.tar.xz 35.90 MB and Cupertino-Catalina.tar.xz 22.29 MB I have used this is in past and that worked just fine but now facing issues. Could you please check?

No problem :) I don’t have any video for making icon themes, but it’s not that hard. Just open any icon theme and replace the images (icons) with some other images you like.

2 I'm not able to see the file in gnome-tweaks. I try doing by both the method downloading tar.xz file then expecting into .icons folder and I also tried by installing osc-url but that also didn't work for me. I'm using ubuntu 20.04 LTS. please help me out!

If you copy new icon themes to .icons file while gnome-tweaks is already open, those new themes won’t appear in gnome-tweaks. The fix is simple, just close and reopen gnome-tweaks and the newly copied theme will appear in gnome-tweaks. Hope this works. Let me know what happened.
