Description: This is a modification of the theme submitted by davidcs (http://xfce-look.org/content/show.php?content=47369) to add white borders to entirely black cursors. This makes them visible against black backgrounds (eg Terminal).
This theme is based on the Windows XP default cursor theme.
To install it, just decompress it into the .icons folder in your home folder.
