i really enjoy all the themes you have made. the thing is, being new to linux i have not figured out how to install your themes. downled no problem extracted no problem, but then when i get to theme manager cannot install. any insight would be awsome!

First of all, you need the application "kbfx" for use my themes. You can find it here for download: www.kbf.org
On this site you also find howto's to install "kbfx" and using themes.

KBFX is an alternative startmenu for KDE 3.2+. It improves users' experience by replacing the Win95-like K-Logo button and menu with a larger and thus more visible start button and menu. Wikipedia
