Agenda for Karamba

Description:
This is my second karamba theme. Its a simple agenda to remind birthdays, events and so on.
You just have to put your entries into the agenda.txt and they will appear on the day.
I have now built in several functions from trtmrt´s schedule theme.
you can now add events that recur:
- on a given day in the month
- every given weekday
- every month on a given day
- every day
i also added a calendar dropdown function!
Requirements
----------------
This theme requires the calendar dropdown rollover patches (Karamba version 0.17b or greater).
