Description: This is a combination of two Karamba themes that I found here, made to look like a theme that I had wanted for a while, but could not get (damn dead links). Credit goes to Sasha (sasha@goldnet.ca) for the python code (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=20340), and to Schlesien for the Karamba code (for the Artist/Title/Time stuff) (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=50805). Credit is also due to Bonafide, for the original idea (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=29691). I also "reverse engineered" the background from Bonafide's "Stylepack", as seen in the screenshots, and if anybody wants, I can upload that here as well. One thing to note: this theme made my processor hover at about 40% usage. I don't know any python, but I'm guessing it has something to do with that. If anybody could optimize the python code (or let me know what is causing the cpu usage to be so high), I would be very greatful!
I think the CPU load may be caused by the DCOP call that the script makes at intervals to get the album art. I actually hacked out all need for the python script, but I'm still getting about 30% CPU from it. I may take a look at some other scripts for you and see what they're doing differently. I'm no great shakes at python, but I think I may be able to find something that works for everyone.
Confirmed... Actually, it's the DCOP calls in general. The only way to bring this down is to change the interval, but this makes the theme "lag." I'm going to look at this.
edit: I also changed the font to "District, Thin", which I found somewhere on the web. I am pretty sure the fonts not GPL, but I know it was free, so you could try googleing for it.

Nice idea, but it makes a permanent cpu load of 35% on my Athlon 2400+. Sorry for my bad english.
what's the karamba name for that upper right CPU monitor and clock???
That is a modification on the theme "Simple Widgets" (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=29298). The only thing I added was the CPU graph/monitor, but if you'd like it, I can upload it here.
