usual - save somewhere open k3b->settings->themes choose neon.tar.gz + apply - enjoy!

I made this new theme to suit my colour scheme before I realised k3b can use your system colours!!!
...anyways there's more to it than that!

It has a bit of a look of "old retro green/black monochrome" feel!
