I'd love to do that. Unfortunately, one can neither access system propertiers, nor do you have too many options to design the title bar.
I talked to the current maintainer of Yakuake, there are plans (better: ideas) to give the Yakuake styling engine a complete make-over. But he is also active in other KDE projects, hence the priority for Yakuake is quite low, which I can very well understand.

These skins aren't able to inherit system color schemas, are they?
