But
i download file *.tar but mc(midnightcommander) menu(press F2 key) don`t defined compressed tar archive. I renamed *.tar to *.tar.gz and stand ok. Please check *.tar or *.tar.gz you archive.
Hey man, it is just the best theme for mPlayer that I've ever seen. Congratulations for you great job.
By the way, aren´t you going to do versions with other display colors, as you did for your Ater XMMS theme?

In the first screenshot you are using metacity theme which I can't find anywhere.
Is it just a mockup or a theme you plan to release?

This is exceptional work. In the past I've been disapointed with the choice of skins for mPlayer that I've settled for the cleanlooks clone.

somebody wished gtk like my dark xmms skin, but i dont think, that this is a good idea. i like dark themes, because they save my monitor:) but they are not very popular.

its just a mockup yet... but who knows:)

first i must make a GTK for Almond metacity... but i will make that metacity once

you have to extract the content of the tar archive in /usr/share/mplayer/Skin/ then launch mplayer and change the skin...
gibb was faster:) i hope its succeeded.
