I've been teaching myself how to use Inkscape lately, and this is one of the results. I still don't know how to use everything properly, so there are a few things I don't like about this icon. For one, the green man is too dark. I made it from a duplicate of the blue, and stupid me, I'd already unified the gradients with the object, so I couldn't alter them. All I could do was a hue rotate, to make it green, but I don't know how to make it brighter. Another thing, I'm not quite happy with the positioning of the bright parts. I was almost finished before it dawned on me I could deform the shapes I'd used for gradients just like any other object.

Either way, here it is. It's not perfect, but someone might like it.
