To use them as is I simply replaced the icons at the following location with the ones in the tar.gz.
/usr/share/firefox/chrome/classic/skin/classic/browser
I'd backup your old ones.
I hope to learn to create a complete theme some time soon, but this works for me.Share and enjoy, and thanks for all the cool stuff.

So yeah, I don't seem to have that folder...also, where did you get the Firefox theme?
This is great . . . it finishes out something that I found to hard to play with!
No problem, let me know what you think once you've used them. I think I may need to lighten them up just a little. If you compare them to Nautilus window they are just a bit dimmer. Thank you, for the great set of icons. They are the base for the set I have on both my systems.
