Has anyone been able to get this to work properly with 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope?
The folder icons never show up for me. Everything else seems to be fine. It used to work in 7.10.
Is there a file I can edit to get it to work??
Thanks
The Wine folders show as the ones Just like the gnome-default ones which does NOT go with the theme I think, Also the Network tools icon works for me as for
How to change the Debian/Ubuntu Menu Icon:
create an image
open up the configuration editor
/apps/panel/objects/
find one with object type of menu-object
Cutom_icon - input the patch to the cutom Icon u want.
scroll down - find use_custom_icon and check mark it. ur done, enjoy :)
If I wanted to change the apple logo on the main menu panel how would I go about doing that? I love the icons but I want the ubuntu logo instead of the apple.
NOTE: This tip will only work if you use a single icon for the main menu. ('Main Menu' in the Add to panel dialog, NOT menu bar)
run: gconf-editor in the terminal (or alt-F2)
in the sidebar, navigate to apps > panel > objects. One of the objects is the main menu. (tip: when an object is selected, try moving the main menu around and see if the Position parameter in conf-editor changes)
Once you know what object it is, and have the object selected in conf-editor, tick the 'use_custom_icon' checkbox in conf-editor. then, doubleclick the custom_icon parameter in conf-editor, and give the path to an icon of your choice.
The only bad thing is that you have a horrible arrow on the icon. There is a menu applet that can get rid of that (I can't remember the URL) but I SERIOUSLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT as it messed up my system so badly i had to reinstall.
Hey, I've got something interesting.
Take a look at a screenshot below. Gadu-Gadu's icon is huge! ;)

Rock on!
I figured it out.
You just got to overwrite deskbar-applet-panel-h.png in /usr/share/deskbar-applet/art/
and that's all.
Many thanks for your project. That's how my desktop looks like : http://img150.imageshack.us/my.php?image=shottz3.jpg
Rock on!
Cant wait for the Gnome2.20 version. I will have to change the ugly apple to the gnome foot or something. I love apple's icons, but i dont want their logo on my linux!
Looks great though, keep up the good work.

I like this icon theme, except all the icons for Evolution are gray/black/white....no color at all. It makes Evolution look very dull....
Thats to keep up the grey look of Leopard. Btw, people also reported that Network Manager icons are not replaced. Anyone else facing this problem?

How can I change that awful deskbar-applet icon? I'm talking about the 'spotlight' thing. Rock on!
Oh yeah, a guy pointed out that bug. The deskbar icon is not applied. I guess it was left out. I'll look into it.
