This is the theme used with my BluEmerald theme. It should contain my wallpaper as well. If it doesn't then tell me, and here is the download link for it:http://gnome-look.org/CONTENT/content-files/96640-simple_blue_widescreen.svg

Instructions:
1.Go to System/Settings/Appearance
2.Click Install and select the file.
It worked for me.
