Based on original Clearlook Darkilouche version 0.2.2 by Jakub Steiner.
Install
uncompress into:
- /usr/share/themes/
- $HOME/.themes
Then just change the theme, with you favourite distro or tweak tool.

Hey, how did you made the scrollbars outside the box? I thought this was impossible with GTK 3.20.
this is a css trick, in fact the scrolledwindow has a border and the scrollbar are posed over it (margin -1px) so that you only see 1 border, but there is 2 !
