There's not a lot to see really ;) It's just kind of slow motion, as you would imagine. Looks very nice and only takes a couple of minutes to copy the files over - give it a whirl.

There's a bug in plasmapkg. Only plasmapkg as of current master can install the script. You can manually copy the files to the right location. The content should go to ~/.kde/share/apps/kwin/effects/kwin4_effect_maximize/ and the metadata.desktop should be copied in addition to ~/.kde/share/kde4/services/kwin/kwin4_effect_maximize.desktop
you need to copy the whole "contents/" folder to the mentioned location.. not just the "code/" folder or the "maximize.js" .. everything..
plasmapkg did it right but created a "scripts" folder instead of the "effects" folder..

... and got it working. Cool! Can't get the present windows clone to work, even trying to follow the same tricks, however :(

Your mistake was the type "kwinscript", it's type "kwineffect"
