Kicker Panel
Kicker is the main panel used in K Desktop Environment 3 and earlier. Together with KDesktop, it forms the graphical shell. It can be customized by the user. By default, it has the K Menu, a Desktop Access button, a Home button, a Konqueror button, a Kontact button, and a Help button. Wikipedia

When looking for panel backgrounds, I actually usually search kde-look - there's just such a nice culture regarding those there.
Why'd you put this up as something for GNOME when it is really something for KDE?
You can use that Backgrounds with the Gnome-Panel, too.
Ok Friend !! I Have my preferences to window maneger, of course but i when made these backgrounds i thank only in Linux, didn't think in KDE or GNOME. If you use Gnome and intend use it, great !!. And if no, great, too. I am favor of digital inclusion in the world with Linux, no worry if it use Gnome or Kde, i want to see it nice, wonderful. Best regards !!
