This Gnome-panel background is the same as seen in the Outerlimits Windowblinds Theme. It comes in 800, 1024, 1280, and 1600 pixel widths. You may have to edit the left gradient to fit your menu list, so I provided the .xcf files for editing in Gimp. Hope you enjoy it!
