Description:
I was updating Gimp from 2.2.6 to 2.2.7 and in the same time a few new plugins... Well, after it was done, I lunched it and enjoy a few minutes. I took the pencil and draw a face... next I pickup the degrad tool and amusing me to put nice rainbows
Well finally I took the french flag and start to use the CTRL touch to hold horizontal lines.
... I was amusing with filters, open a svg (the Debian logo) and finally I had done a KSplash, and I needed to put it because it is my first.

So for the story, now enjoy or not it was only for amusing

I think it would look very nice if you would use a motion blur filter on the icon bar... It's just that you have two patterns going on and they would look really good blended together.
