I found this beautiful KSplash theme in one of the early KDE packages for Debian Lenny. For reasons unknown, it seems to have been dropped.

This theme is particularly great when matched with Splashy's "Debian MoreBlue" theme and the "Debian MoreBlue" KDM theme, so that from boot up until the time your desktop starts, you have one consistent theme.
