This is why so many companies distrust the Open Source community. Freedom does not mean anarchy. We still have laws and we must still abide by them. Don't make us look bad in TSA's eyes - if this continues, TSA may completely refuse to allow use of their property in the future. And then where would we be? Even those people, like TOD, that want to do things "correctly" would not be allowed to.

This mean in my eyes You can use the splash exclusive of the Pics because they "belong to" TSA and you should ask.
