modified the default KDE 3.3 to suit my needs...now sharing it with you.

Its nice but why the "other" license, should be GPL. Second you should really just have made a complete splash theme so people dont need to hackup the default...just a suggestion.
didn't know what to put under license, so I chose "other" :o) I will make a complete SuSE splash in the near future, without using anything from the default KDE splash...but this will have to do for now. Thanks for the comment
A good rule of thumb is if anything in your release isnt done by yourself and is not GPL, then you cant release it as such. Since the Suse logo and the images used are all GPL you are safe to use that license. If you used a picture of Jessica Alba (yum), then it wouldnt be GPL.
