Kanji Usplash theme for KDE based on GPL work of "cangeceiro"

I have just removed "suse" on top and made black bottom background instead of gray.
I also packed it for the friendly Usplash manager of KDE.

fixed theme.rc that would only make it work in test mode, but not in logging in screen
