Sabayon OpenOffice Splash Screen
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
Description:
This is a Sabayon-branded OpenOffice.org splash screen that I put together.
Assuming you are using Sabayon linux, install by doing the following:
Download and Unpack the file, note that there are two versions of the splash you can use
Open up a terminal and navigate to the directory where the *.bmp files are located
type in the following:
sudo cp openintro_sabayon.bmp /usr/lib/openoffice/program/openintro_gentoo.bmp
--or--
sudo cp openintro_sabayon_2.4.bmp /usr/lib/openoffice/program/openintro_gentoo.bmp
You can also copy/paste the file via Konqueror (or other file manager), so long as it is in super-user mode.
The key is to overwrite the "openintro" bmp file.
Voila, you now have a Sabayon-branded OpenOffice!
