you made a great work but i think it too windows-ish.. look at the new windows Vista.. your theme is really similar.
I think that if you could make a mockup using the new tango icons and a little more gnomish we could propose it to gnome art designers, you've got some really cool ideas!

...I wish GNOME had better theming capabilities. It's still the best that we have for Linux desktops however (Qt looks even more dull IMO), so let's hope someone comes up with a really good solution for the next generation theming.
