The original download link is not working anymore but I has a downloaded copy. Because I like it.
...and for beginners:
as root:
yum install rpm-build
rpmbuild --rebuild plymouth-theme-paw-0.1-2.fc12.src.rpm
The result rpm will be in /root/rpmbuild/RPMS/noarch
