it seems that people comment b4 using the splash screen.
1.the letters load as kde loads.
2.it is the kubuntu logo.At least one of them. Check out: www.kubuntu.org There is the dragon logo, look in the background, kubuntu with gears.
3.German is only there if your system language is German.

we are especially looking for ideas for the default artwork for the next release.
Of course this uses the Ubuntu logo rather than the Kubuntu one, which is a shame.
The tagline is in german, 'cause the locale settings of ians Linux is de_DE ;)
you can read the tagline in english, if u set the locale to en_US :)

When often splashes have icons that shows up when initialization progress moves on, this splash have kubuntu's letters, that shows up when initialization progress moves on. And before letter show up, you can't see it at all.
Oh okay. Well that makes sense then. I downloaded it. It's Kinda kewl actually how it spells out kubuntu as it loads. Really nice job to the Author. I also noticed its in english for me.
