As with several other pieces of work I have taken them off the website for updates. The fully updated version of this theme may be obtained by downloading the full suit, which is contained in the theme manager download.
...anyhow... this says I don't have permission to access the download site...

But I believe the splash screen is part of the theme manager package, right?
