KDE splash screen featuring "Luigi", the mascot for Linux Users Graphics forum, and some icon art for applications we discuss a lot.

The background is a still from Big Buck Bunny (which serves as the idyllic painting Luigi is working on, his beautiful subject, or possible just an example of Linux graphics).

I'm really not sure about the KDE version dependency. It works great on 3.5, but I don't think it requires it.

Required attribution is in the Theme.rc file. In addition to artwork by "ruel24" and "Gemini" and myself, the work includes Blender foundation art and several public domain pieces from the Open Clipart project. All are compatible with By-SA.
