It's a KDE2 _style_, Installation is simple: download the file to your home-dir, do a cd ~/.kde2/share/apps/kstyle and untar the archive: tar -xzvf ~/Rough.tar.gz Now open the module 'style' in your Control Center and choose 'Rough'... finished
