The very famous kwinAcqua (thanks to the authors ACE and James LIU) is now in RPM format file for Mandrake 9.0.
So, you won't have to compile the source.

If you have allready installed a previous version of kwinAcqua_ACE, de-install it before or use kpackage.

Damn! I tried to download this through Mozilla and through Konqueror, but without any result. All I get is a black screen. Can you please re-upload the RPM File?

Look at the page where you can download the tar.gz file. Then, you should be able to compile it on your RedHat sytem.
Works as you said. RPM install complains about bad signature though.
You just have to edit in /home/USERNAME/.kde/share/config the file named kwinacqua_acerc. RoundCorners=true
I did what you said (edited the kwinacquarc file) but only the top corners are round now, bottom corners are still square. Any ideas?
The screen shot does not look like what I got.
how do you get the borders to be round? mine are flat..?
