Description: This IceWM window decoration is a partial port of Nathan Baxters awesome 23oz etheme[1]. Since the limitations of the IceWM engine forced us to change it a bit I decided to rename it to 22oz to indicate the imperfectness of this version.
Special thanks to Goamaus[2] for her initial reference to 23oz and for her participation in the creation of the port.
A corresponding KDE style of 23oz is in the works; a gtk-theme is already available by the original author[3].
If you don't know how to install an IceWM decoration you can use the installation script I have included.
Great looking decoration. Only thing I would say is that the way it's packaged doesn't work IF you follow the instructions for installing icewm decorations within KDE. I admit that your instructions and script work but it might be confusing for some.

this is a nice window dec, but for me its upside down?? the close window and maximize buttons and title bar are on the bottom of the window.
