Sort of Keramik
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
Description:
I couldn't find a window decoration to go with the Keramik theme, so I made one for myself. Last changelog:
0.6
Someone suggested that the inactive window decoration in the coloured version does not give enough visual clues, so I've muted the colours in the inactive window. Again all three versions are included in the download file.

Is there an Xmms Skin that looks alike the Keramik Style? Tnx for an answer...
I don't know any XMMS Skin that looks like this...But it would be way cool.. :)
What DocApplications you got running there? Thanks
They are the slick icons. They come with kde3.0, although I think they've been updated since then. Look in the icons section on this site. There is a link to the site there.
Where can I get those icons from?
help please.
This is now my favorite window decoration for KDE. Many thanks for creating it and making it available. One little comment: The window title text feels a little "trapped" inside the (nicely drawn) frame. Maybe you could try some more spacing around the text?
excuse this, but I cannot find the keramik style engine on kde-look.org. I am using KDE 2. Could you please provide me a link? I searched yahoo but no luck. I installed the window decorations and they look good.
The screenshots you see are of as yet unreleased code, unfinished code. The final version of Keramik will probably look different. People are pulling the code from KDE CVS. It will be ready for 3.1, I think.
I wouldn't say it's unreleased code. It is available for testing on public servers. Redhat has put it into its KDE3.0 rpms, which are available on the kde ftp site and mirrors. Also Texstar has put it into his Mandrake rpms for kde3.0.
It is unreleased code; which was deemed not ready for release by its developer and the artist, and the fact that RedHat has put something that is at best alpha quality in their packages does not change it one bit. Anyone has the right to use unreleased versions, of course -- this is free software -- but that doesn't somehow magically put CVS snapshots of code into a stable and releasable form. In other words: If it breaks, you get to keep the pieces; if it breaks something else, you get to cleanup the mess. And keep in mind that a style is called upon to draw much of what you see on your screen.
You rock. Keep up the excellent work.
One small problem. On the colored version the titlebar graphic is missing the right side (at least in the tar) - I simply copied it from the beveled folder. This is GREAT work!! Thanks!
Really good work :)
...it's still like the OS named with letters X and P. Clicked good, there you go.
Not a flame, just curous. I can't really tell any similarities with XP, or even OS X.

whats theme do you use on your screenshot ?
No "theme" as such. The style is keramik, icons are slick, colour scheme is the kde default, window decoration is my own. Matt
The guys working on the Kwin theme to go with Keramik are going to find themselves usurped by people more quickly releasing cooler themes. I don't know why they won't release their code (hell, I don't mind dealing with alpha quality stuff), and they are pretty rude about it to.
great job ... just wondering if it's possible to make it a little bit 'smaller' ?
Need to do some color adjustments though, to more closely match keramik style. If you don't mind, I might play with it a bit to spruce it up.
Sure, feel free. I might come back to it tomorrow when I get some time. Matt
BTW this looks awfully close to a WindowBlinds skin ; )
And what prey tell is window blinds? Never heard of it. Matt
