This is a icon for a single application and is meant to blend in with the rest of the Crystal icons. You seem confused about the shapes so let me explain - these geometric shapes are the Art Of Illusion logo (well, a slight variation of it anyway). Thanks for comments but I'm not going to create a whole set of icons based on the Art Of Illusion official logo.
These geometric shapes look great and go well with crystal theme.

they look good! sure you can make some crystal-looking icons ;-) maybe more? a full iconset based on these geometric shapes? just an thought...
