To install:
Unpack tarball in an icon theme directory.
For example:
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/
I added a screen shot showing the different sizes. It is fairly easy to make a 128x128 icon that looks "way cool" but it is also important for an icon to be clearly visible at 16x16.
