Umm nope... Try reworking your icon. The colors are inconsistant, the shadow is weird. I also suggest you CLEAN your icon. There's too much stuff in it!
Be cautious when using vectors, as it's easy to put only one gradient per object. Put loads more than that! Real objects are influenced by a ton of different light sources, including ambient light. Make it look real!
