0.1 - initial 128x128 icon
0.2 - tarred up 16x16, 22x22, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, and 128x128
0.3 - converted to a single .svg file scales well
0.4 - added .png files back that are recreated from .svg

The icon doesn't look like anything when smaller then 32x32. That was one of the major problems with icons during the contest... artists should make a small icon and not worry so much about it scaling up, since I've never seen scaling up being an issue (at least for SVG).
You may put it in your icons folder. It shouldn't matter. SVG's just scale well. If you're putting it in a kde theme, you need to put it in the \scalable\apps\ folder as opposed to 64x64\apps or 128x128\apps, etc.
Can I put this in my icons folder? All the icons there seem to be PNGs.
