Really nice icons, I like them alot. They are much more obvious than their originals. Should be integrated into KDE3.5 imo. You should consider contacting the developers of KPDF.

They are better because they are HiColor icons. So, welcome to my side of the HiColor vs. CrystalSVG debate. :-)
I think that the existing KDEClassic icon for "facing" is better. Facing pages are connected like in a book.
However, I do like your icon for "continuous". I think that we should consider it. You might need to make some minor changes so the style exactly matched the existing KDEClassic "facing" icon.

Your icons are a lot more easier to understand than the original crystal icons. But your icons match the crystal icon set too.
