...I like them. However, the choice of colors for the plus and the minus is a tad disruptive I feel, though I could not really say how to improve them either... :)
I think I'm going to change the colors of the plus and the minus by giving the plus a green color and the minus a red color. But i was reminded that red and green look the same to the color blind.
