The icons are a great improvement on the standard KDE symbols - it's the neat little touches like this that Debian lacks. Two improvements, though, if possible. 1. Is it my imagination, or is the 32x32 icon a little paler than the rest? 2. Is there any chance of making the larger sizes available? Great, though.
If you want to change the standard themes that ship with Debian, navigate to file:/usr/share/icons (you'll need root permissions). Find the directory that relates to your theme and copy the files into the appropriate sub directories. I took a copy of the original icons just in case.
You should place the files in the dir wich is relevant to the icon theme wich you are using. in most cases in your home dir it's: ./kde/share/icons/*theme*/
they look very nice, but i can't get control center to import them (kde 3.0.2). is there a way to manually add them?
