Description: New MP3-Tagger, wich uses mysql to store MP3 and Ogg-Files in a database. Correct tagged files, can be automatically cleaned up with an easy to use guy. -->No more searching for music, you get chaos-dirs into structured music-trees.

-made the english translation ready to use. (as seen in screenshots) -took out the buttons for the cd-cover, cause i didn't code that part yet. -still no make install atm, so i still won't upload it as beta, but if someone wants to test it, drop me a mail.
