To me, that looks A LOT like IceWM. Is it? And how did you manage icons on the desktop if it is?

Well, now I feel stupid... I didn't read that this Was, in fact IceWM. I geuss we both can't read. what happened to the "Please upload only KDE related content or it will be deleted !!" that is displayed on the upload page?
